If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only subject under the following conditions: 

1. You are entitled to a refund if we cannot get you to the specified follower amount that is listed under the service you purchased.

• This refund will be based on the average cost per follower multiplied by the number of followers we could not get for you.
• For example: If you purchase our 5,000 follower package and only receive 4,000 followers, we will refund you $299.99 of the $1,499.99 that you originally paid.

2. You are entitled to a refund if we cannot fulfill our services within a timely manner.

• Tier 1-5 Packages: Within 1 month of purchase date.
• 100-10,000 Follower Packages: Within 6 months to 1 year depending on which follower package you purchase. 
  • 100-1,000 follower packages within 6 months of purchase date.
  • 2,500-10,000 follower packages within 1 year of purchase date.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
